HP 34401A Digital Multimeter DMM 6½-Digit True RMS with GPIB Powers On - Parts

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This meter is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of scuffs/scratches and residues from adhesive labels all over.  The bottom has some old foam tape, and large handwriting on bottom, "Japan Prod Analyze EP275".  The rear plastic trim is broken and dented.

Notes: This meter is in PARTIAL working condition.  The display is dim, and the meter does not initialize past the shown screen.  We are not sure why; no other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.
