Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This supply is in Fair cosmetic condition, with lots of minor scuffs/scratches and residues from prior use. The adjustment knob is missing, and its shaft is broken-off.  We opened the front panel and cut a groove in the stub of the shaft, so it is able to be turned with a small straight screwdriver.  There was a LOT of dust in the unit, so you will want to clean it out when you replace the rotary encoder.  Several terminal screws are missing on the back panel.  From the handwriting on the top/back corner, we think this unit may be from 1994.

Notes: This supply is in PARTIAL working condition.  We noted that, without increasing the current adjustment, the voltage will rise when increased and then fall off.  After adjusting the current limit to about 0.4A, it was able to increase voltage normally.  After being on for a while, it "only" required about 0.1A required to increase voltage.  This supply WILL NOT be fully able to supply and measure low-current output!  The fan runs, but sounds pretty rough at initial start-up.  Controls respond as expected to user inputs.  The displays are bright.  There is a "hot dusty" smell after a short time of operation at full-power output.  No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.
