Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This supply is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of minor scuffs/scratches and residues from prior use. The adjustment knob is missing, but the shaft works easily with light fingertip pressure.  There is a broken cap on one of the switches.  Several terminal screws are missing on the back panel.

Notes: This supply is in PARTIAL working condition.  We noted that, without increasing the current adjustment, the voltage will rise when increased and then fall off.  After adjusting the current limit to about 0.03A, it was able to increase voltage normally.  This supply WILL NOT be fully able to supply and measure low-current output!  Also, we noticed the meters are inaccurate.  The voltage output indication is always high, increasing to almost a full volt at 60V (reads 60V, gives 60.8V).  Current indication is also inaccurate but not nearly as bad.  We are not able to test GP-IB operation.  Using the front panel knob, we verified it can give 20A at 60V and 50A at 20V.  The fan works.  Controls respond as expected to user inputs.  The displays are bright.  There is a "hot dusty" smell after a short time of operation at full-power output.  No other testing was done.
