Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This supply is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of minor scuffs/scratches and residues from prior use.  The main input cover is missing.  On the rear panel, the 01 dip switches and S+/S- terminals are crooked, and feel loose.  The Ip and Groundp terminals are missing their screws.

Notes: This supply is in PARTIAL working condition.  When no load is applied, immediately after power-on, the output voltage climbs rapidly (a few seconds) until it exceeds the overvoltage safety set point.  We quickly applied a 10 amp load and found the voltage stopped rising out of control ... and instead, wouldn't rise over 1 volt.
