Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This power supply is in fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use.  There is an extreme amount of dust inside this unit.  The plastic brackets that hide the ends of the carrying handles are cracked and broken.  The plastic tabs that mount the front panel are broken.  The plastic corners of the front panel are broken.  Several screws are missing from the output terminals.  There is some residue around and on the display that makes the display a little less easy to read, as seen in the last picture.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This supply is in PARTIAL working condition.  It initializes and shows a message HDW ERR CH 4, and does not respond to button presses.  The display works. The fan works.  We are not able to test the HP-IB interface.  No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.
