Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This power supply is in fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use.  Please NOTE: There is a heavy scratch/dent on the plastic over the display area, and a hole at the bottom of the display area.  This interferes slightly with viewing the display behind this blemish.

Notes: This supply is in good working condition as far as we can test.  We are not able to test the HP-IB interface.  We tested all four channels to the maximum rated output on each range without any difficulty, using our (uncalibrated) dummy load resistors.  The display is bright and clear.  The buttons work as expected, but sometimes require a firm push to operate properly.   The fan works.  No other testing was done.
