HP 6624A System DC Supply 4x 40W Outputs 0-7V, 20V, 50V Doesn't Power On - Parts

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This power supply is in fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use.  It is extremely dusty inside.  The plastic brackets that hide the ends of the handles are cracked and broken.  Screws are missing from the output terminal strips.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This supply does not power on when the switch is switched.  The fuse is good.  We looked inside to see if something was obviously burned up of disconnected, but didn't see anything egregious.  We do not know what may be wrong with this unit.
