Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This unit is in fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use. The power switch is broken off. The Amplitude down arrow is broken off. The plastic covers on the screws holding on the side handles are broken and missing. There is a funky texture over the Modulation display that looks bad when it's powered down but doesn't interfere with using the instrument.

Notes: This unit is in PARTIAL working condition. The power button has to be pressed hard a couple times to switch on. The keyboard buttons work. The display is bright and easy to read. We found during a brief test that there is NO OUTPUT signal from the RF OUTPUT connector, but the attenuators could be clearly heard stepping inside when amplitude changes were commanded. Out of curiosity, we popped the bottom cover and took off the line before the attenuators, and found about 1.3V in the appropriate frequency, which we were able to monitor out to 1.5GHz (the limit of our counter). We are not sure what may be wrong with this unit. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
