Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This generator is in good cosmetic condition from a few feet away but up close many blemishes are apparent. There are deep, large scratches on all sides, "EU515" stenciled on the top, and several trim panels (that used to cover screws) are missing.

Notes: This generator is in mostly-working condition. The displays are clear and bright, and the fan is quiet. The main irritation is the adjustment knob only decreases. Clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation both result in decremental changes in the setting. The frequency setting matched our counter's measurement exactly, but at 100kHz the resolution on our counter increased; the least significant digit (0.01Hz) jumped so much the next digit (0.1Hz) also bounced by one. We are not sure if this represents a problem. On all other ranges, the display was either rock steady on our counter or it varied by 1 least-significant digit.

At first power-on, the OVEN message was displayed several minutes, then went out. The MSSG message was displayed, and that was a "user memory cleared" alert. The generator calibrated itself for several minutes, and then had no other errors. We verified output from 100kHz to 1.6GHz (the upper limit of our equipment). We verified output is present from +17 to -60 dBm (the lower limit of our equipment). We verified it is able to modulate with FM and AM, but we are not equipped to measure modulation. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
