Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This supply is in Good cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use.

Notes: This unit powers on and the displays are bright and clear.  We loaded each output as shown, to 1A at 25V and 1V using our dummy resistors.  We let it run with no problems for a couple of minutes.  We noted that actual output voltage was slightly off from what the current indication and our separate meter showed.  You might want to send it back to Keysight for calibration but it's usable as it sits.  No other testing was done.
