Notes: When we connected an external air source to this item, it did not operate by depressing the foot pedal or start lever. A valve or hose may be clogged, but we are not sure. We made various adjustments but that still didn't help. We could manually turn all the adjustments which moved the related internal parts. We tried removing random hoses and applying air to see if we could move any parts. When air was sent through one of the larger hoses connected to the large threaded spindle it acted like a break and stopped us from manually adjusting the volume. We can apply air to the two hoses on the cylinder and easily open and close the main filler tube. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Shipping and Responsibility
