Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This item comes in non-original packaging. It has scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, and some surface rust on some of the panel edges from normal use. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: When power was applied the controller partially turned ON. It initialized, "Checking Machine" and then stated "Ready To Start", though the Power and Unload/Load lights did not come ON which they should of at that point. The "Power ON" light located on the inside panel board is ON. We tried depressing the Start button and the other buttons on the controller panel but nothing was activated. We even tried manually depressing the first (on the left hand side) contactor On but still nothing happened. At that point nothing changed the status of the controller except the Emergency Stop button which shut it down, stating "Emergency Stop", messages seen in the images. The continuity of the contactors where fine, the fuses and voltages as far as we could trace them were good, so we think it may be an issue with the Intellisys controller but still are not sure. One of the front door panels has a broken latch. Two of the three gauges have cloudy plastic so it is hard to read them. We are not sure if they can be cleaned. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
