Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This bath is in Fair cosmetic condition with several notable blemishes from prior use. The two removable side panels are missing. There are lots of scuffs/scratches and stains in the paint. There are some minor residues in the bath from prior use. The copper lines inside have several spots of blue powdery corrosion residues. The sight glass on the refrigeration line shows the refrigerant is wet. The slot on the operator for the drain valve is badly damaged. There is no connector on the main power cable.

Notes: This unit is in at-least-PARTIAL working condition. We do not have the Alarm cable to connect the chiller to the control head, nor do we have the PT100 external sensor the unit wants, to make its alarm go away. When we first switched on with an empty bath, it gave a level alarm. We filled the bath, then it gave an external sensor alarm. We assume this means it is looking for a thermocouple on the PT100 connector at the rear panel, which we do not have. The drain valve for the bath cannot be turned. No other testing was done.

Warranty Information
Final Sale – No Returns
- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
- Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
