Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This SMU is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs/scratches and residues from prior use outside.  When it came to us, the cover was bent and the circuit board and wires inside were all disconnected.  We installed some screws just to hold the PCB, and reconnected the cables except for the input/output terminals.  The meter does not power on at all.  Also, the operator for the power switch is broken.  Someone tried to zip-tie it to the switch, but this is not effective.

Notes: This unit does not power on.  We are not sure why.  This is being sold AS/IS.
