Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This meter is in good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs/scratches from prior use.

Notes: This meter is in good working condition as far as we can test.  The display is nice and bright (photos show banding, that's from our camera!).  Controls respond to user inputs as expected.  DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, 2W and 4W ohms, Capacitance, and Freq readings all were close to what our reference meter would show.  Self test gives a PASS result.  We did not test any of the rear panel communication interfaces.  No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
