Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in original packaging. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: These items were not fully tested since we do not have the proper resources. We connected the three pieces together and applied power. The Team MP box, phone and camera all went through a self-test . The camera rotated around and displayed lights. The phone displayed a previous number and we were able to type in another phone number, which it tried to connect to. The Team MP had various lights lit and powered the other two devices. No further testing was performed. A phone number was displayed when powered up. We are not sure if this is from a previous user or a test number. The model #'s on the boxes differed from the ones on the items themselves, though the serial #'s on two of them were the same. NOTE: A previous user stated that; "it was not able to connect to the network." We are not sure if it is a software, hardware or board issue, that is why we are selling it for parts or repair. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information
Final Sale – No Returns
- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
- Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Requests

- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
