Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This foot switch is in fair cosmetic condiiton with scuffs, scratches and wear marks from regular use, but nothing that would affect function.  The model tag has been completely worn/rubbed off from previous use (see picture 6). However, the manufacturer and model has been derived by comparison to some identical units we have in stock that still have the model tag intact.
Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).

Notes: This foot switch was removed from a working assembly setup that was being removed from service, but has not been tested separately after removal.
