Condition: New. Comes in non-original packaging. These were all together loose in a bag found in the storage of a memorabilia dealer who retired.  Cosmetic condition is Good with some caveats.  These have a soft plastic coating on the front, and some of the coatings are sticking to the bags holding the pins. This sometimes leaves a mark in the plastic which is visible if you look *really* close (the "D" under the '88 in the first picture is an example of this).  The middle stripe probably used to be white, but it has faded to a subdued yellow/off-white color. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
