Condition: For Parts or Not Working. These hotplates are in Fair cosmetic condition. The 2000 is partially disassembled, with the back plate flopping loose and the top/side plates also loose. The 1100 has a broken cable on top. Both have scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues all over, as well as discoloration on the hot plates. Both power cords have been cut and the cable on the 2000 makes an ugly cracking noise when it is bent. The previous owner said the 1100 was working but there's the broken wire; the 2000 was said to not be able to control to a set point. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Warranty Information
Final Sale – No Returns
- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

- Returns for “as-is” products are only considered if the reason is seller error (e.g., wrong product sent, inauthenticity).
Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
- Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests
- Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
