Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This programmer is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of yellowing on the front plastic, and some scuffs/scratches from prior use.

Notes: This programmer is in good working condition as far as we can test.  After initializing for a few minutes, the computer boots into Windows, and the programmer gives a Ready indication, with 3.3V and Active lights illuminated solid green.  When told to Read Master by pressing the appropriate button, the programmer (correctly) identified there was no Master device found, and asked if we wanted to look for an image in the CD ROM.  Windows was able to recognize our USB-connected keyboard/mouse combination device with no difficulty.  No other testing was done.
