This printer is in good condition cosmetically with minor scuffs or scratches from previous use but nothing that would interfere with normal operation. The AC power cable, print ribbon, blank cards, and card hoppers are not included. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This printer powered on normally using a test AC power cable (Not Included). Media was installed in the printer and a test print was attempted. The printer fed the card through the printer but did not print on the card. Therefore, this printer is being sold AS/IS for parts or repair. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
