Condition: Used. This controller is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular industrial use and comes in non-original packaging.

Notes: We powered on this controller to observe the bright LED display bright, clear, and responsive to the control buttons. After connecting the output leads to a Peltier we checked the voltage output to up to 25VDC which came down as it tried to control the temperature. We were able to adjust the temperature from cold to hot and observed the controller working to meet those set points. The Amp/Volt toggle switch and the Amp/Volts readout displayed strange outputs until we jiggled the toggle switch at which point the reading matched out multi-meter. We suspect the toggle switch is problematic but functional and have provided photos of it displaying properly and improperly. No additional testing was performed.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the buyer must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period.
Dougdeals will cover return shipping costs and process a full refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Authorization Requirements

Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Dougdeals will arrange return shipping and provide a return label to the buyer.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of authorization.

Exclusions and Limitations

Dougdeals may provide a replacement or substitute item instead of a refund at its discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from the refund for altered or damaged items.

Shipping and Responsibility
