Condition: Used. This unit is in Fair cosmetic condition with a few notable blemishes. There are some dented side panels, the front and rear doors don't like to latch on bottom (they do latch on top). The left front corner is loose on top, and if it were bolted to the left front top, then the left front door wouldn't be able to open. There is light surface rust on the ends of some of the linear motion guideways inside. There are several places with big scratches and small areas of missing paint.

Notes: This system was removed from the previous owner's working production line. When we fired it up at our facility, the X3 and X2.5 programs both threw error codes about missing configuration files and network assets that are no longer present. You will need to have an expert set up the software in this unit, then it should be in good working order. We are not sure if you will need to purchase licenses for your use of the system. At first boot, the Windows operating system told us the license would be expiring soon. We were able to get a Homing OK message in ECO Studio, but we are not sure what axis was homing! We were not able to get far enough into the software to get the machine to initialize for us. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
