Condition: Used. This power supply is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from regular industrial use and comes in non-original packaging.  We have several of these in our inventory and a few are missing the small plastic input covers.  We have photographed an example where that part is missing.  There is a square of velcro attached to the bottom of the power supply.
Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).

Notes: We attached a power cord to this power supply and provided 115VAC power to observe the output between 12.05 and 12.07 VDC utilizing a multi-meter.  No additional testing was performed.
