Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This press is in Fair cosmetic condition with LOTS of surface rust as well as chipped/missing paint. The air hoses are getting old/hard and there are several leaks at the fittings. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This press is in at-least-partial working condition. We were able to adjust the impact adjustment but the lockring is stuck all the way down. We verified that when the foot pedal is pressed, the arbor raises and the clamp opens, the setup dwells at the time set by the controls, then the arbor lowers and the clamp closes. This seems unsafe, so please be sure it makes sense to plumb the logic this way for your application! It may take some effort to remove the tooling (use penetrating oil!) and to move/adjust the stand. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
