Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This filter is in Fair cosmetic condition. The outsides look pretty good, but there is lots of extremely-fine dust inside all over. The prefilter is missing. The charcoal filter module is not seated properly, needing a bracket adjustment. The charcoal filter and outlet fitting are both missing some gasket foam to make proper seals. The power switch is broken off. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This filter is in PARTIAL working condition. The power switch has been broken-off so the blower runs all the time when this is plugged in to main power. When the gaskets are installed around the outlet fitting and charcoal module, and the charcoal module is reseated with the brackets holding it, it will work normally. As it sits, this is only using the pleated bag filter and not working efficiently as an ambient air filter. No other testing was done. This is being listed AS/IS with no warranty. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
