Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This monitor is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches. There are scuffed-full dots where fingers of operators would touch a lot, plus a lot of smaller scratches on the touchscreen area.  The cable has a lot of scuffs and stains also.  There is what looks like a part of a gasket swooping in to obscure a line across the bottom of the display (our little man is pointing to this line in picture #5). The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This monitor is in PARTIAL working condition. The display is VERY DIM and barely able to be seen under normal ambient lighting conditions when turned up to maximum brightness (see photo #2). It probably wants a backlight replacement.  That said, the touchscreen responds as expected to user inputs and the colour onscreen is good. No other testing was done.
