Condition: Used. This conveyor is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs, scratches, and some general wear from regular industrial use. The belt shows some dust and grime but no rips or tares. Some screws are missing from the top decking under the belt and there are some gaps between the structure and the top decking along the belt. We are unsure how the former user configured this conveyor, but no true feet or legs are currently attached. The motor tag was difficult to photograph due to the location under the belt.

Notes: We connected this conveyor motor to power and turned it on to observe the conveyor run smoothly. The motor ran smooth and the belt turns as designed but tracks ever so slightly to one side. We could not get the conveyor to run true without tracking in one direction or the other depending on what direction we ran the conveyor. The side that needs to be adjusted has a round-headed Allen bolt rather than a side adjustable screw head. So although we were able to adjust one side in we were not able to easily adjust the other side out. Because we have this conveyor sitting on a pallet rather than connected to proper legs the conveyor may not be sitting completely square, which also may be impacting its ability to track perfectly. No additional testing was performed.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
