Condition: Used. This item comes in non-original packaging. It has scuffs, scratches, surface rust, and grease from normal use. There is dry residue on the bottom of the pressure gauge, though we did not see any leaking around it. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: When power was applied either the left or right finger sensor controlled the RAM's movement in RUN or JOG mode. The safety light curtains have an issue. They do not work properly. They are ON, though they do not stop the RAM when an object crosses the light's path. A few times crossing the field the circuit is tripped in the ITS MiniSafe box indicated by a red fault LED. If the key is moved to the reset position it shuts off the red fault LED and turns the green light on the curtains back ON, but they still will not stop the RAM from moving. It will just trip the circuit if tried again.

The left electrical box with the Fault Code display is ON. The right electrical box has "Not Used" written over all the buttons except the Run/Jog button. The pressure gauge indicates the amount of pressure, though the tip of the needle is broken off as seen in the image. The pressure can be adjusted with the dial directly below the gauge. We were able to adjust it to its max of 2300 psi (2-ton). The speed control dial for the RAM can be moved but really doesn't seem to affect the actual speed. There are three sensors connected to power just hanging on the side. We do not know what they are used for. No further testing was performed.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
