The unit you receive may have some cosmetic damage (dents, damaged labels) on the tube, or a small spot of blue spray paint.  We had a couple of tubes come in opened and one incomplete tube, so we distributed the incomplete tube to the opened ones and you will receive approximately 17lbs. in this tube.  The tips of some of your rods in the clamping area have blue spray paint as seen in photo #4.
