Condition: New Other. Comes in non-original packaging.  This charger is in Good cosmetic condition with a few discolorations on the side and bottom.  It came to us in very-damaged original packaging, which has been recycled.

Notes: This charger is in Good working condition.  We gave it a quick check to be sure what hurt the packaging didn't hurt the charger (it's fine!).  It functioned properly on a fully-charged and a discharged battery, as well as successfully calling out a battery fault when it was disconnected, and an AC Failure when set to the wrong main voltage (230 vs 120).  Operation was quiet even at high current output.  No other testing was done.
