Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This PSC-4400 is in Fair cosmetic condition overall.  There is visible corrosion in some of the rear panel connectors and places on top and bottom.  There are several long, deep scratches on top.  This is being sold AS/IS.

Notes: This controller powers on when the interlocks are appropriately jumpered.  The display lights up and gives the shown indications and an alarm.  No other testing was done. This came to us in a pile of known-faulty controllers, and we presume it is not fully working.  This is being sold AS/IS.
