Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is in Fair cosmetic condition overall.  The DC power connector has residues in several of the contacts.  The rack mounting tabs are bent.  There is residue from adhesive labels and some corrosion on the top panel.

Notes: This controller powers on when the interlocks are appropriately jumpered.  The display lights up and gives the shown indications.  The fans are noisy.   No other testing was done.  This came to us in a pile of known-faulty controllers, and we presume it is not fully working.  This is being sold AS/IS.
