Noah Precision PSC-8800 (but says 4400), Power Only with EMO Disabled - Parts

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is in Fair cosmetic condition overall.  The whole chassis feels loose.  The front has some deep scratches.  The top is missing several screws, and the screw holes don't all align properly.  The top panel has several corroded areas.  The DC Power connector has residues in several of the contacts.   Several top cover screws are missing, and at least one screw is broken off.  There is a dent in the top cover.  The left/rear/bottom corner is bent.  One of the fins in an internal heatsink is bent.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This controller will only power on with the EMO Disable switch turned to "disable".  Otherwise, it will not power on, even with the interlocks properly jumpered.  We are not sure why.  The display lights up and gives the shown indications.  Please NOTE: At power-on, the display says Model 4400 (instead of the expected 8800); we are not sure why.  The display has several segments darker than the rest.  The fan is bad.  No other testing was done.  This came to us in a pile of known-faulty controllers, and we presume it is not fully working.  This is being sold AS/IS.
