Noah Precision PSC-8800 V3.36 Temp. Controller Powers only In EMO Disable -Parts

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is in Fair cosmetic condition overall.  The DC power connector has residues and possibly corrosion in several of the contacts.  The top cover is heavily dented and visibly corroded in places.  The bottom is corroded and also (much less) dented.  Several top cover screws are missing.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This controller will only power on with the EMO Disable switch turned to "disable".  Otherwise, it will not power on, even with the interlocks properly jumpered.  We are not sure why.  The fans are bad.  The display lights up and gives the shown indications.  The display has several segments darker than the rest.  No other testing was done.  This came to us in a pile of known-faulty controllers, and we presume it is not fully working.  This is being sold AS/IS.
