Notes: When power was applied, this motor/reducer combination ran very smoothly, though we did not test the fan.  We are assuming the 12 wire cable, shown in one of the images, is the controlling factor on running the fan.  The motor/reducer was not tested under a load.  No further testing was performed. Note: We have a few of these, but this one does not show the specification plate for the motor. Either we could not get to it or it was missing/damaged. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
