Description

Manufacturer: Gen-Probe

Model: MultiProbe 204

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This system is in Good cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use.  The bottle bracket hanging on the far-right end is cracking.  This system is missing at least a bunch of hoses and a control computer.  The cable/hose guide on the back is broken. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This system is in Partial working condition.  The four nozzles on the right, near the pump, move up/down a little, and the four heads on the gantry pull themselves up.  Nothing else visibly moves.  When power is removed, three of the heads drop and one has to be gently nudged to make it fall. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Final Sale – No Returns

  • Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

    • The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return Requests

    • Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
    • Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
  • Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
    • No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
  • Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • Buyers are responsible for:
    • International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
    • Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
  • Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
  • Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
