Condition: Used. This pump is in Fair cosmetic condition. The whole thing was repainted at least once, and it could use a new paint job again. The pump housing has lots of rust outside, and light deposits inside. The motor has residues in the vents and by the grease fittings. There are areas of scuffs/missing paint all over. The drain plug is rounded-off and pretty well stuck in the bottom of the housing.

Notes: This pump is in Good working condition. We removed this from a decommissioned facility. At our facility, we noticed the flex coupler gives a quiet grunching noise when the shafts are connected. We disconnected the shafts for a quick check. The pump turns quietly, easily and smoothly with moderate hand pressure on the shaft. The motor turns smoothly and easily with moderate hand pressure on the shaft also, but gives a quiet grumbling noise from the bearings. When we ran the motor, we noticed it has a slight whine at speed. We tried to drain the housing using the drain bolt, but the head of the bolt rounded instead of opening. We left the bolt in place and used a small pump to drain the casing instead. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
