Condition: Used. This pump is in Fair cosmetic condition. The pump housing has lots of water deposits outside, it looks like there was a leak above this unit that ran down and left "stuff" on front and back of the housing. Also there may be some seeping, because there are deposits in the area under the shaft, behind the pump housing. There are light deposits inside the pump. There are scuffs/scratches and flaking/rusty areas on the mounting plate. The drip tray is rusted. The motor has some light/white residue on top that doesn't wipe off, and some grease or other dark residue under the front slots.

Notes: This pump is in Good working condition. We removed this from a decommissioned facility and were not able to view it in operation. The motor spins easily with light hand pressure, and the rotation feels smooth - but there is a quiet hiss and rumble noise. At operating speed, there is a normal whine, plus the hiss is a louder but still quiet. The motor took about 30 seconds to slow to a stop with no load. The pump spins smoothly, quietly and easily with light hand pressure and spins for a few seconds after being released. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
