Condition: Used. This handler is in Fair cosmetic condition, with lots of minor residues/stains from prior use, as well as adhesive label residues outside.  An interlock key for the test station is missing, along with the test apparatus formerly used by the prior owner.  The e-stop/power-on switch box has been broken off but its cable holds it pretty well in place.  One of the plexiglas rear lower panels is missing, and several side panel screws are missing.  Documentation with the machine indicate it was receiving regular maintenance until 2019. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This oven is in Good working condition, with a couple of caveats:  The interlock switch for the lift station, we had to open the switch and toggle the works over and pretend the top door was present and closed, before the system would initialize fully.  The Windows 7 Enterprise activation is expired; you will need to supply a KMS or other activation server to regain activation.  One of the feet won't retract, so this oven is difficult to move without a lift truck or pallet jack.

But she works, as far as we can test!  We were able to verify both preheat zones and both quartz lamp zones heat up.  The stops along the conveyor all lift and retract on command.  The entry and exit doors both open and close.  The conveyors all run on command, and are all fairly noisy - both normal noises for this kind of roller conveyor, and some occasionall rubbing noises.  The lifts both lift and lower on command.  The two end top doors opened easily, but the door over the lift zone seems stuck closed and we did not want to force it.  The stack light and alarm work.  The Cognex barcode scanner flashes every few seconds, looking for products on an incoming pallet.  Without an appropriate barcoded item, the machine complained of a Test CableID not matching the selected model and we were not able to get the machine to run an automatic cycle - but the manual maintenance control screens allow pretty much total control over the machine's functions so we were able to test the rest of the works.  The previous user's recipe called for fairly low temperatures over the quartz lamps, but when turned to the maximum all the lamps glowed orange/yellow, which was amusing to watch.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
