Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This item is in Fair cosmetic condition with several notable issues. There are scuffs/scratches, and adhesive label residues all over. The motors are missing from X and Y axes on the robot gantry. A clear plastic side panel is missing. The other clear panel has heavy scratch marks from the robot rubbing. The computer inside is missing its side panel and the hard drive has been removed. Some of the air pressure controls are missing. The Galil motion controller is missing. There are several hoses on this unit, all the way from outside to the dispensing head, and these are all likely to be full of cured rubber products of some kind. The same black rubber is in random places all over outside and inside this machine. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: As this unit is incomplete we were not able to do any operational testing. The X and Y axes of the robot, the conveyors, and the pneumatic X and gripper axes move easily by hand. The motorized Z axis does not move with hand pressure. The screwdriver system has some kind of fault where it gives the errors shown in picture #8; we are not sure what may be wrong with that. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization
