Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This flow switch is in fair cosmetic condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use, and the inside window looks a little dirty.  One of the 4 screws securing the black plastic cover has gone missing as the corner piece has broken off in that spot (see pic 3). However, the cover still stays on securely with the other 3 screws.

Notes: This flow switch was pulled from a working automation setup that was being removed from service.  No further testing was performed.
