Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This unit is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of scuffs/scratches/stains and adhesive label residues from prior use. The START button is badly stained, with a funky texture. There are some scratches over the display that don't affect viewing the screen. There is a REJECTION sticker on this from Tektronix, saying the machine tested out of tolerance.

Notes: This meter is in PARTIAL working condition. At a cold power-on, the display started out dim, but brightened up considerably after a moment. The machine gave several errors that all seem to indicate a dead battery and the loss of calibration data. Pressing Start still ran a test, however, so we tested a few components. Readings were reasonable on a random coil and cap, but our precision resistor read WAY off. We agree with the note from Tektronix, on this one. No other testing was done.

Final Sale – No Returns

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
