Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This counter is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs/stains from prior use and some adhesive label residues.

Notes: This unit is NOT working properly!  The readings are both wildly wrong and highly erratic.  The signal input to both channels shown in our testing photo is a solid 100MHz.  Channel A was reading within about 50MHz of 70MHz, and channel C was reading within about 50MHz of 150MHz.  Both channels were bouncing wild MHz+ swings all over the place.  No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.
