Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This counter is in fair cosmetic condition.  It looks pretty nice overall, but the plastic faceplate is peeling between the trig buttons on the front, and the rear is bent-out by the right side mounting screw.

Notes: This counter is in good working condition as far as we can test.  We verified it counts accurately from 10Hz to 1.3GHz (the limits of our source and the unit's maximum rating, respectively.  Both channels A and C counted about the same at 100MHz.  The display is bright and clear, and controls responded to user inputs.  No other testing was done.
