Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  The swivel unit is in good  cosmetic condition, with minor scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use.  The bottom has "Rebuilt" written in permanent marker.

Notes: This was removed from the spares of a decommissioned facility, and kept with their new parts.  We put air to each fitting and the table moved easily.  No other testing was done.
