Condition: Used. This Stretch Wrapper is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from regular commercial use.  The plastic on top of the mast is cracked but does not affect performance.  Additionally, the hoist hook is slightly bent but is secure and functional.  In the past, someone affixed a sign onto the mast.  The sign was removed leaving some adhesive on the mast.  The round base below the rotating table has two dents (possibly from forklift impacts) to the side but does not affect functionality.

Notes: We rolled a pallet of items onto the spin table, attached some shrink wrap from the spindle to the pallet's bottom, and turned on the machine.  We chose the up/down function and then set the height of the pallet by manipulating the spindle height to the proper level and then set the number of wraps for the top and the bottom of the pallet with the controller.  We then pressed the green button and observed the table spin and wrap the pallet until the spindle arm rose to the set level and then returned to the bottom setting.  The result was a perfectly shrink-wrapped pallet.  We could move through all of the options provided by the controller and make adjustments as needed.  No additional testing was performed.
