Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This instrument is in Good cosmetic condition with only very minor blemishes - it was formerly enclosed in a test equipment rack for its service life, remotely operated, so it hasn't seen severe treatment at all.

Notes: This analyzer is in PARTIAL working condition.  It fails self-alignment.  The frequency of measurements it gives are close to our uncalibrated source, but the amplitude measurements from this instrument are both unreliable and consistently WRONG.  We are only able to give signals out to 12.5 GHz and this analyzer saw them easily.  However, during all our testing the amplitude measurements were consistently about 10 dB lower than they should read.  We told it to perform a self-alignment, which returned a FAILED result and it then began giving a constant UNCAL message onscreen as shown.  Self-tests yield a "PASSED" result, and boot-up doesn't show any errors.  There were no System Messages.  Controls responded to user inputs as expected.  We are not sure what-all is wrong with this analyzer but it definitely requires service before it can give meaningful measurements!
