Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This generator is in fair cosmetic condition. There are several scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use. The front panel is either pushed-in on the right side or pushed-out on the left, but the bezel does not have an even reveal around the front panel. The previous owner left a note on top (shown) saying "DO NOT USE, output power bounces (visible on spectrum analyzer)" and someone else wrote that they couldn't replicate the problem. The contrast knob is broken off.

Notes: This generator is in PARTIAL working condition. We started to test and found the display is rather dim, but usable. Photo #2 shows what it looks like under normal room lights. Several error messages were displayed. When it woke up it was set for 100 MHz, -30 dB output. We found it was giving signal to our oscilloscope, went to adjust the output frequency and ... the output disappeared. We are not sure what happened, but the output is no longer giving signals! This is being sold AS/IS.

Final Sale – No Returns

Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
