Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This press has lots of minor blemishes from use. There are scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues here and there all over. Something has been unbolted from behind the press in the working area, but we are not sure what that was. The wiring in the control electronics enclosure has been opened; we are not sure if it was tampered with. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This press is in PARTIAL working condition. The National Instruments software has an expired license, and we are not sure if that is related to the error we found. When the press first starts, the Crimp Press app loads and gives an error immediately: "The following error occurred: VISA Clear in CrimpStation.vi At sequence: INIT OpenCOMPorts" we are not sure what this means. When Resume is pressed, the alarm sounds and the software closes itself. The very good news is: both the top and bottom air cylinders raise and lower when air is applied to their ports. The barcode scanner scans. The laser distance sensors sense. The pneumatic pressure sensor shows a reading. The touch screen responds to touch inputs. No other testing was done.

This machine WILL NOT initialize its software properly. We are confident it is able to function as a pneumatic press. We are not able to support the software at all, sorry! No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
